Our commitment
Premier Kitchens collects only the personal information we need to respond to you and to design and
deliver your project. We never sell your information.
This policy explains what we collect through premierkitchens.co, by email and by phone, how we use it,
and the choices you have. It applies to Premier Kitchens, 20 Balsam St #4, Collingwood, ON L9Y 4H7

Information we collect
We collect information you give us and basic information about how our website is used.
• When you book a consultation or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, and
any details you share about your project, such as your town, the rooms involved, timing and
budget.
• When you email or call us: the information in your message or conversation.
• When you visit our website: standard technical information such as pages viewed, browser and
device type, and general location, collected through cookies and our website platform's
analytics. This information does not identify you by name.
How we use your information
We use your information only to serve you and run our business:
• To respond to your enquiry and schedule your design consultation
• To prepare designs, quotes and project plans
• To order materials, schedule installation and provide after-sales service
• To keep records required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes
• To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Sharing and storage
We share your information only when needed to serve you, and only what is necessary.
• Service providers: our website is hosted by a third-party website platform, and the information
you submit through our forms, including your name, email address and phone number, is stored
on that platform. We also use email and business software to manage enquiries. These
providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own
purposes.
• Project partners: if you go ahead with a project, we may share relevant details, such as your
address and delivery timing, with suppliers or trades involved in your project.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law.
Some of our service providers store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United
States. Information stored there may be subject to the laws of that country.
Marketing emails
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. We use your email address and phone number only to
communicate with you about your enquiry or project. If we ever decide to send promotional emails, we
will ask for your permission first.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including warranty,
accounting and legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and
limiting access to staff who need it. No online system is completely secure, but we take care to protect
what you share with us.
Your choices and how to contact us
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your
consent to our use of it, subject to legal and contractual limits. Withdrawing consent may affect our
ability to serve you, and we will explain how if so.
